Yes. Our AI never includes protected health information (PHI) in responses. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What happens when I hit my AI response limit?
On the Starter plan, you'll be notified when approaching your 25 monthly responses. You can upgrade to Pro for unlimited responses anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard billing settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
